Rescue operation in Odesa is over
In Odesa, rescuers have completed search operations at the site of a Russian strike on a high-rise building. It is known about 12 dead. Among them are 5 children, the youngest of whom is four months old. The last person to be pulled from the rubble was an 8-year-old girl. A military couple and their child were also killed in the strike.

Police later identified the young men allegedly involved in the attacks. One of them was detained and taken to the police station, where he confessed to the attack.
Russia wants to hand over bodies from the downed IL-76
Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova has said that Russia may “soon” hand over the bodies of Ukrainian prisoners of war who allegedly died as a result of the crash of an IL-76 aircraft in the Belgorod region.
Earlier, Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets spoke about the Russian side's speculations. According to him, Russia has not handed over official lists of the dead and has not granted international organizations access to the site of the tragedy.
China's Special Representative visits Moscow
China's Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs Li Hui visited Moscow on March 3, beginning his second trip to Europe to try to resolve the war in Ukraine. He will also visit Ukraine, Poland, and Germany during the tour.
In Moscow, Hui met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin. They made a joint statement that it is impossible to discuss a “settlement in Ukraine” without the participation of Russia, the Russian side reports.
Taurus conversation leaked
Senior German officials have confirmed to the Wall Street Journal the authenticity of a recording of a conversation in which Bundeswehr officers discuss the theoretical provision of long-range Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that the interception was part of Russia's hybrid warfare.
However, the defense minister said he did not know whether the Russians could have listened to other conversations.
