Attack on Odesa by drones and testing of secret technologies in the US: last night's highlights

Russians attacked Odesa and the region with drones, the US Navy tested a secret technology off the coast of California, and in the Bryansk region of Russia, a drone dropped explosives on a military enlistment office and near the Russian Interior Ministry building. Attack on Odesa

At night, Russian troops attacked Odesa and Odesa Raion with attack drones. Air defense forces responded, and there were shootdowns, the district military administration said.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Ukrainian air defense shot down 14 Shaheds. In total, up to 17 attack drones were launched in the southern direction.

There is no information on hits, casualties, or destruction so far. According to local media, a fire broke out in one of Odesa's districts after the explosions.

Secret tests in the United States

Admiral Michael Gilday said that the project is “now in full swing” and that over the next few months, the US command hopes to determine the scope of further actions on the project.

Drone attack in the Bryansk region

Russian authorities said that a drone dropped explosives on a local military enlistment office and near the building of the Russian Interior Ministry in the Bryansk region. The governor of the region blamed the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Ukrainian authorities did not comment on the incident.

According to Russian officials, there were no casualties, and the building of the district military enlistment office was damaged as a result of the explosive device.

NATO Secretary General asks allies for €500 million a year for Ukraine

According to Bloomberg reports, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is asking NATO member states to provide €500 million a year for a comprehensive aid package for Ukraine.

The package will include short-term assistance such as fuel, defense equipment, and anti-drone systems. It also aims to provide Ukraine with long-term support to help modernize the Ukrainian Armed Forces and meet NATO interoperability standards.
