Evacuation from Israel
Today, the second evacuation plane took off from Israel with 155 Ukrainian citizens, including 107 women and 23 children. The embassy says that they helped the Ukrainians with the necessary procedures and documents for departure.
At the same time, a Ukrainian woman who took a previous evacuation flight from Israel with her children complained that at first the embassy allegedly promised free transportation of people, but “then the conditions changed”. However, the ambassador denies this information: he says that there was no talk of free assistance for all citizens.
According to the embassy, one and a half thousand Ukrainian citizens are still awaiting evacuation from Israel. They can take an evacuation flight to Romania.
Budanov forced 19 Russians to surrender
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, forced 19 Russians to surrender in a personal conversation on the radio, said special forces soldier Oleksandr (call sign Liutyi).
According to him, during one of the missions, the enemy assault group tried to simply leave the area of action without fire, because they realized that they were no longer capable of resisting. Budanov was with the fighters at the time.
“Everyone then felt such a moral uplift when they heard the voice of our boss. After all, the majority did not realize then that the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate was with us in our sector,” said Liutyi.
