The meeting took place in Dnipro. According to the President, the Staff discussed the general situation in the frontline areas, the strengthening and defense of Ukrainian borders along the entire length of the frontline — from Kherson to Kharkiv.
Rape of minor
The High Council of Justice has announced that it will investigate complaints against judge Oksana Sofilkanych, who heard a rape case in Zakarpattya and sentenced three teenagers who raped a minor to probation. They will also check the judge's reports of "interference in her activities."
The HCJ also called for "restraint of statements" in the media, particularly in a rude and aggressive manner, which could be seen as "pressure on the court" and "pose a threat to the adoption of a fair and impartial court decision" by the appellate court.
