The Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that Russians shot two unarmed Ukrainian soldiers. The police checked reports of MP Oleksandr Dubinsky being beaten in a pre—trial detention center and found no confirmation. A checkpoint for empty trucks will be opened on the border with Poland. Execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war
According to confirmed information, Russian troops shot two unarmed Ukrainian soldiers.
Earlier, a new video of the execution of surrendering soldiers was posted online. According to DeepState, the execution took place near Stepove, Donetsk Oblast, when the occupiers entered the positions of the 45th Separate Rifle Battalion.
Colonel Oleksandr Shtupun, spokesman for the joint press center of the Tauride Defense Forces, recalled that such crimes have no statute of limitations, and all evidence will be handed over to the relevant international institutions dealing with war crimes.
MP Dubinsky's beating in the detention center was denied
The police have checked reports that MP Oleksandr Dubinsky was beaten in a pre-trial detention center. Law enforcement officials said that the results of the check did not confirm this information.
The Kyiv Pre-Trial Detention Center, a state-run institution, said that Dubinsky's medical examination found him to be in "satisfactory health condition and no reason to be hospitalized outside the pre-trial detention facility."
At the same time, Dubinsky's lawyers stated that a forensic examination was allegedly not conducted. The suspect's defense also claims that "thanks to the intervention of the MP, the head of the pre-trial detention center decided to transfer Dubinsky to a solitary confinement cell with video surveillance."
Shelling in Kherson Oblast
In the morning, Russian troops shelled the village of Sadove in Kherson region with mortars. The attack killed a 78-year-old man who was in his garage.
In the evening, Russians attacked the central district of Kherson from the temporarily occupied east bank. A woman who was near her house was killed and seven others were wounded. All of the wounded have light and moderate injuries.
The Russians also attacked two hospitals in the city. The buildings of the medical institutions were damaged.
A checkpoint for empty trucks
The Uhryniv-Dolhobyczow checkpoint on the border with Poland will be open to empty trucks from 1 a.m. on December 4.
"The opening of Uhryniv is the first item on the list of measures being implemented to unblock the border, reduce lines and increase the capacity of the Ukrainian-Polish border," the State Border Guard Service said.
Meanwhile, Polish strikers continue to block traffic on the border. On the morning of December 3, more than 2,500 trucks were queuing to enter Ukraine.
