According to the investigation, the man was moving in the direction of Brovarskyi Avenue in the capital; due to the fog, he did not see a truck ahead and suddenly braked. However, he lost control and ran into a serviceman born in 1976 who was serving at a checkpoint. He died on the spot from his injuries.

In the city of Toretsk, Donetsk region, employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine spent 15 hours extinguishing a fire that broke out as a result of an enemy hit on the territory of the mine.
According to firefighters, due to the Russian attack, a lifting mechanism over an area of 1,000 square meters caught fire.
