Russia Military Heads To Blame For Ukraine War Crimes Not Soldiers — Defendant

Oksana Sokolovskaya is the Ukrainian lawyer for the two captured Russian GRU soldiers currently being held on charges of terrorism in Ukraine.

It's her belief that accusing them of war crimes is crazy because those charges should only be attributed to the Russian officers who sent them into Ukraine.
She also thinks that the only way out of this mess is to stick to the protocals agreed to in the Minsk agreement.
