Balloons in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Telegram channels spread information that the Russians allegedly used Shahed drones on the evening of February 12 in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The Armed Forces of Ukraine denied this, saying that the enemy used a reconnaissance UAV and several balloons with radar reflectors. The Russian drone was engaged by air defense.

Announcement of new sanctions

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that on the one-year anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the West will introduce new sanctions against Russia, which "will be announced in different countries, in different institutions," and will send a "clear signal" to President Vladimir Putin.
