Terekhov said that critical infrastructure facilities were disabled due to shelling, as a result of which electricity and water supply disappeared in Kharkiv. Energy workers, rescuers, and utility workers worked on eliminating the consequences. The subway in the city suspended its work.

Sinegubov reported that a 37-year-old man died as a result of the shelling. Four people have moderate injuries and are being treated in medical facilities, while an 18-year-old girl and a 33-year-old woman received minor injuries and did not require hospitalization.

Later, the Russian occupying forces attacked Kharkiv for the second time in a day. This time, the densely populated Nemyshlianskyi district of the city came under fire.

Successes of the Armed Forces in the south

The Ukrainian military in southern Ukraine liberated 13 settlements and destroyed 70 ammunition depots within two weeks. This is reported by the Operational Command "South".

Among the liberated settlements are Vysokopillia, Novovoznesenske, Bilohirka, Sukhyi Stavok and Myroliubivka. It was possible to move the frontline to a distance of 4 to 12 kilometers. The command says that in two weeks, more than 1,800 invaders were destroyed in the south and 150 control points, command and support points were damaged, 122 tanks and more than 500 units of armored vehicles, 134 artillery systems, about 20 MLRS, 2 airplanes, 2 helicopters, and 13 drones were destroyed.

 “The enemy is demoralized and is looking for ways to leave the occupied territories. But the occupiers still have a lot of strength and power. The fighting continues, and the insidiousness of the enemy, who is shelling civilian and critical infrastructure facilities, residential neighborhoods, cannot be underestimated,” reports the command.

Situation at the frontline

According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the Russians continue to focus on establishing control over the territory of Donetsk Oblast, holding the temporarily captured territories and disrupting the offensive of the Armed Forces in certain directions. In particular, the occupiers are trying to work on restoring the lost position by moving their troops.

During this time, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out seven strikes: they hit five strongholds and places of concentration of manpower and hardware, as well as destroyed two positions of the enemy's air defense means.

Over a day, Ukrainian units of missile troops and artillery hit control points of various levels and areas where the enemy's manpower was concentrated, including warehouses of ammunition and fuel, and lubricants.

They say that the Russian command is suspending the sending of new units to the territory of Ukraine. And all because the situation in the theater of operations and distrust of the higher command forced many volunteers to categorically refuse the prospect of service in combat conditions.

According to the General Staff, the situation is also affected by information about the number of dead and the attitude towards the wounded. In particular, Russian hospitals deliberately simplify the diagnosis and nature of combat injuries and do not allow time for recovery, the General Staff claims.

Ukrainian fighters reached the state border with the Russian Federation in Kharkiv Oblast

Yesterday, September 11, the Russian occupation forces left the settlements of Velykyi Burluk and Dvorichna of Kupiansk Raion, Kharkiv Oblast. He noted that Ukrainian servicemen continue the operation to liberate Kharkiv Oblast from the enemy. The enemy hastily abandons its positions and flees deep into previously occupied territories or the territory of the Russian Federation.

Occupiers in the south want to negotiate with the Armed Forces
