Russian forces shelled the temporarily occupied Enerhodar in Zaporizhzhia Oblast on Sunday night, hitting an apartment in a residential building. Ten people received sharpnel wounds, two of them were hospitalized.

"Russian terrorists fired at Energodar. They provoke and try to blackmail the world. They are shelling Nikopol, Marganets and simulating a "response" to Energodar, although they are firing on their own," said Andrii Yermak, head of the President's Office.

Russian forces shelled Kharkiv with cluster munition on Monday morning, injuring a 77-year-old and damaging a residential building, reports the Kharkiv mayor. Nikopolskyi, Synelnykivskyi, and Kryvorizky districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were shelled again after the attack on Sunday evening, says the Head of Civil-Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko. The number of people injured due to the evening shelling of Nikopol increased to five.

President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Yaroslav Spodar from the post of deputy commander of the National Guard of Ukraine. Spodar was appointed deputy commander of the National Guard on May 24, 2014. In March 2015, he was given the rank of major general, and in October 2017, he was promoted to lieutenant general.
