Zelenskyy arrives in Turkey

On the afternoon of March 8, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived on a visit to the Turkish city of Istanbul, reported news agencies Anadolu and Ukrinform.

There he will meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

According to media reports, the topics to be discussed include the course of the war, the extension of the grain deal, and Turkish-Ukrainian relations.

The program of the visit also includes a visit to the Hetman Ivan Mazepa corvette of the Ukrainian Navy, which is being built near Istanbul.

Earlier, the media claimed that Zelenskyy was going to visit Armenia and Azerbaijan in early March.
