After a regular meeting of the executive committee, UEFA explained that the youth teams from Russia would not be able to return, as they could not find a "technical solution" that would allow them to play.
Zelensky's visit to Romania
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived on an official visit to Bucharest, Romania, on October 10.
