On the last days of October 2014 a fire burned in one of the oldest cinemas of Kyiv. It destroyed 300 meters of the roof. Since then, Zhovten has been closed. A year has passed.
52 million Hryvnas from the city budget were spent to reconstruct the cinema. More than 200 specialists worked on the reconstruction and now Zhovten has become one of the main buildings in Kyiv.
