Shooting of Ukrainian prisoners of war near Robotyne
A video of Russian soldiers shooting two unarmed Ukrainian prisoners of war has been posted online. The Office of the Prosecutor General told hromadske that they are aware of this crime and are already investigating it. According to the investigation, the Russians committed the crime in June 2024 near the village of Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region.
Hromadske investigation: how the SBU family lives
The head of the SBU's economic support department, Andrii Padalka, owns a $400,000 house and lives in a $600,000 cottage registered to his mother-in-law, according to a hromadske investigation.
Padalka's mother-in-law's house is located in a cottage community in the suburbs of Kyiv, with turnstiles, security, a British school, and well-kept landscaping.
Military personnel denies seizure of Yasnobrodivka
The Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Group of Troops denied the information of the Russian Ministry of Defense about the alleged capture of the village of Yasnobrodivka in the Pokrovsk sector of Donetsk region.
However, they noted that active fighting is indeed taking place in this area. The enemy is trying to put pressure on Ukrainian positions and is sending both newly mobilized and former prisoners to attack.
Ukraine to receive six F-16 fighters from Norway
Ukraine is to receive six F-16 fighter jets from Norway by the end of the year. Ukrainian pilots and technicians are currently undergoing training.
At the same time, Denmark and the Netherlands have already begun the process of transferring F-16s to Ukraine. They will be flying in Ukrainian skies this summer, said US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
FT: Russian Kh-101 missiles contain Western components
Russia uses Western components to manufacture Kh-101 cruise missiles, one of which hit the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv on July 8, the Financial Times reports, citing experts and Ukrainian officials.
Back in January, 16 pieces of Western-made electronics were found inside the Kh-101.
El Pais: Putin and Xi Jinping expect talks between Russia and Ukraine by the end of the year

Aid package from New Zealand
On the sidelines of the NATO summit, New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Laxon announced a new aid package worth $9.8 million to Ukraine. According to him, $3.68 million of this package will be used for military assistance.
Security agreement with Luxembourg
Ukraine and Luxembourg have signed a bilateral agreement on security guarantees. It provides for cooperation in defense and intelligence, as well as a mechanism for cooperation in the event of an armed attack.
It also stipulates that at the time of signing the agreement, Luxembourg had allocated 80 million euros for military support to Ukraine for 2024.
Ukrainians raise UAH 300 million for Okhmatdyt

Bellingcat says it has sent numerous requests to the platform's support team, but the markings have not been removed.
Russian music played in Odesa restaurant after attack on Okhmatdyt
After the Russian attack on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv, Russian music was played in Odesa restaurant on the Lanzheron beach. The restaurant later apologized and said it had made “personnel decisions” regarding the administrator.
