Strikes on Russian military targets
The defense forces successfully struck an oil terminal in Feodosia, the largest in Crimea in terms of oil transshipment, which was used, among other things, to meet the needs of the Russian occupation army.
In addition, Ukrainian reconnaissance officers disabled the Alexander Obukhov minesweeper of the Baltic Fleet of the Russian Armed Forces. It was based in the city of Baltiysk and was supposed to be on combat duty, but it was severely damaged. So now it is undergoing major repairs.
Pre-trial restraint for the head of Khmelnytsky MSEC
The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv remanded the head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tetiana Krupa, in custody for two months — until December 3. As an alternative, she can post bail of over UAH 500 million.
The Servant of the People party initiated the recall of Krupa from the regional council under the rule of a mandatory mandate as a deputy who did not justify the trust of voters. Earlier, the political force stated that she was not a member of the party.
Meanwhile, the NACP has decided to launch a second full verification of the declaration of the head of the MSEC, noting that she did not declare the 6 million that was found in cash.

This year's Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to scientists Victor Ambros and Gary Ruvkun. The Nobel Committee said that the scientists had discovered a new class of tiny RNA molecules that play a crucial role in gene regulation.
3rd Brigade rescued captives in Kharkiv region
In the Lyman sector of the front, soldiers of the Third Separate Assault Brigade helped to rescue the military of attached units who were captured by a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group.
After being captured, the Ukrainians were led to Russian positions — this was noticed by the 3rd Separate Brigade's duty officer through a drone camera. The attack aircraft on armored vehicles caught up with the Russians and began to fight them. The Ukrainians, who were to be taken prisoner, returned to their Ukrainian positions on their own within a day.
Media publish video of children being beaten in a special institution in Lviv region
Journalists of Ukrainska Pravda.Life received a video that shows children being abused and beaten in a training and rehabilitation center in the Lviv region.
The video shows a woman beating a child, and the child, in turn, trying to defend himself. At the same time, the woman calls the child a “brute.” Later, law enforcement officers found out that the child in the video was beaten by a teacher - she was served the notice of suspicion of beatings and torture (Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reacted to the video, saying that the children should be moved from the institution to protect them from further violence.
Fico meets with Shmyhal
Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Slovakia Denys Shmyhal and Robert Fico met today in Uzhhorod for intergovernmental consultations. This is the second such meeting.
During the meeting, Fico said that Slovakia supports Ukraine's accession to the European Union by 100%, but opposes its accession to NATO. At the same time, Shmyhal said that Ukraine would not extend the agreement on the transit of Russian gas through its territory, despite the Slovak prime minister's efforts to convince Kyiv otherwise.
