Russian Shahed hits dormitory in Sumy Oblast: 7 dead, including a child
Late in the evening of November 18, Russian troops struck a high-rise building in Hlukhiv, Sumy Oblast, with their drone. The building turned out to be a dormitory, where people may still remain under the rubble, reported the regional military administration.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy showed a video from the destroyed dormitory and clarified that the number of dead has reached seven people.

Previous attack on Sumy Oblast
At around 8:37 PM on November 17, Russian troops launched a missile attack on a densely populated residential neighborhood in Sumy. The impact damaged at least 10 high-rise buildings and vehicles.
As of the morning of November 18, the number of dead was 11 people. It is known that among the dead there are children - a 9-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl. In addition, 68 people were injured, including 10 children. 105 people appealed to the tents of the State Emergency Service and the Red Cross.
