The deceased was delivering items to a military recruit when the explosion occurred. The injured include two doctors, a passerby, and a serviceman.
Additionally, details emerged about two other explosions at military recruitment centers in Ukraine. In Rivne, Russian special services remotely detonated a man carrying a homemade explosive device, killing him and injuring eight soldiers.
In Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, law enforcers detained suspects involved in an explosion at a military recruitment center and a consumer services building.
Prisoner exchange
Ukraine and Russia conducted another prisoner exchange, with 150 Ukrainian service members returned home.
Among the released were sailors captured in Mariupol and Zaporizhzhia, air force personnel, air assault and ground forces troops, national guardsmen, border guards, territorial defense fighters, and a police officer.

An Azov fighter was robbed in Lviv
In Lviv, two men attacked a soldier named Mykhailo, calling him a "separatist" due to the word "Donetsk" on his shirt. They also robbed him, taking a bag containing documents, a phone, a military ID, and a passport.
Police tracked the attackers through the stolen phone and arrested them. They face up to 8 years in prison for theft. No complaints about the assault or insults were filed with the police.
