Russian missiles kill at least 3, injure 14 in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russian forces attacked the town of Samar in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, sparking a fire and causing casualties, regional governor Serhiy Lysak reported on Telegram on Friday.

In addition to fatalities, several people were injured in the Russian strike. As of 12:27 p.m., three people were confirmed dead and 14 others injured.

Earlier, Ukraine’s Air Force had warned of a high-speed target heading toward Dnipro, and the regional military administration reported the sound of explosions.

Videos later surfaced online showing the sound of explosions in Samar.
