Russian strikes damage homes in Odesa, Sumy, injure four

Russian troops targeted Odesa with strike drones and launched an airstrike on Sumy overnight, according to Odesa regional governor Oleh Kiper and Sumy’s acting mayor Artem Kobzar.

In Odesa, the attack damaged civilian infrastructure, igniting a fire in an administrative building and setting passenger cars ablaze. Windows in residential buildings were shattered.

One person was reported injured.

In Sumy, a late-evening airstrike on July 21 damaged a multi-apartment residential building, breaking windows and destroying balconies.

Three people were injured as a result of the attack.
