Russian forces attacked Ukraine overnight, with over 30 missiles and more than 450 drones targeting energy infrastructure, leaving 20 people injured and a child dead, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.
Zelenskyy said Kyiv crews are working to restore electricity and water supply, with blackouts also reported in Kyiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.

Maximum efficiency is required from government representatives at all levels," Zelenskyy said.
