Russia's barrage disrupts Ukraine's rail network, causing power outages
Russian overnight strikes damaged rail infrastructure across Ukraine, causing power outages on some sections and forcing train delays and route changes, Ukrzaliznytsia reported.
The state railway operator said some trains were running late with altered paths due to the Russian attacks.
The Ivano-Frankivsk to Cherkasy train, already en route, is rerouting through Kyiv Oblast with an expected delay of up to two hours.
The Cherkasy to Kyiv train will also take a changed route, with about an hour's delay. Suburban trains may face additional holdups.
More on the attack

Targets included Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts. The strikes killed at least two in the capital and wounded 13 in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
Damage hit civilian sites along with energy, gas and port facilities.
