Russian drones wound 8 in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast strike

Russian forces launched a massive drone assault overnight into Thursday on Kamyanske in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, wounding eight people and sparking fires and structural damage, the State Emergency Service and regional governor Vladyslav Hayvanenko reported.

Several fires broke out in the city. At one location, the roof and ceiling of one entry section to a four-story building were partially destroyed. Five people were rescued from the rubble.

Cars, infrastructure facilities and a transport company were damaged.

Overall, eight people were injured in Kamyanske. SES psychologists are working at the attack sites, providing assistance to the victims.

Rescue operations are ongoing.

In addition, drones struck the Petropavlivka territorial community in Synelnykove district. A municipal enterprise building caught fire there.

Meanwhile, in the Nikopol district, the Russian army targeted FPV drones and artillery. A five-story building, a private house and a power line were damaged.
