Russian drones hit Odesa Oblast's energy, transport infrastructure

Russian forces launched a massive drone assault overnight into Tuesday on Ukraine's Odesa Oblast, injuring one person and damaging energy and transport infrastructure, the State Emergency Service and regional governor Oleh Kiper reported.

Civilian energy and transport infrastructure facilities were damaged in the region. Specifically, fires broke out at several energy sites due to the attacks, which emergency responders have already contained. Additionally, a Ukrzaliznytsia rail tranport company depot and administrative buildings were damaged.

Preliminary information indicates one person suffered shrapnel wounds. Medical personnel have provided necessary aid.

Kiper noted that the region's critical infrastructure is operating on generators, with invincibility points open.
