Azov Brigade drones fly over Donbas Arena, vow to control logistics around Donetsk
The 1st Azov Brigade of Ukraine’s National Guard released video footage showing its strike drones operating near occupied Donetsk, with some unmanned aerial vehicles flying directly over the Donbas Arena stadium.
In a statement posted on its social media channels, Azov said it now “keeps under control” all logistical routes around Donetsk, including roads near Zuhres, Andriyivka, Starobesheve, Horlivka, Lysychansk and the Donetsk ring road.
The brigade described the operations as proof of the “ineffectiveness of the Russian air defense system” in the area.
“Not long ago, the occupiers felt completely safe there. But from now on, all military targets moving along the roads around Donetsk will be destroyed,” the unit said.
