Ukraine’s Defence Minister says that Ukrainian ballistics will change everything in the war against Russia
Ukraine has no financial problems to develop its own ballistic weapons, and its use will radically change the country’s status in the world, said Ukraine’s Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with Ukrainian media TSN.
“Ukrainian ballistics will change everything in this war. It will change Ukraine’s status on the world stage. We have already changed it many times, but this is a totally different league,” the minister said.
At the same time, he noted that he did not want to inflate public expectations or give hints to the Russian military regarding the project’s technical details.
“I can only quote our president that the ballistics will be Ukrainian, and it will be targeting Russia,” Fedorov added.
The minister also assured that the process of financing the manufacturing of this long-range weapon is fully secured, noting that “there is no problem with the financial development of Ukrainian ballistics.”
