General Staff confirms strike on oil depot at Russia's Belgorod airfield

Overnight into July 7, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two military-industrial complex enterprises in Russia’s Bryansk Oblast, the oil depot of the Belgorod airfield, and other Russian facilities, according to Ukraine’s General Staff.

In Bryansk, the Group Kremniy EL JSC — a leading Russian manufacturer of microelectronics — was attacked. Microcircuits, power semiconductor devices and electronic components are manufactured at this enterprise, which are used in control systems, communications, electronic warfare and samples of Russian weapons.

In addition, a strike was delivered on the Bryansk plant in Bryansk Oblast. Four explosions were recorded near the enterprise. The plant produces gunpowder, explosives and rocket fuel components used for the manufacture of ammunition and missiles with which Russian troops strike the territory of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian military also attacked the oil depot of the Belgorod airfield. Earlier, online reports indicated Belgorod was attacked by missiles.
