Russian strikes kill three in Ukraine, including 14-year-old child, injure at least 25

Russian attacks on Ukraine's Dnipro, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions on November 3 killed three people, including a 14-year-old child, and injured at least 25 others, according to regional authorities and emergency services.

In Khotiv, a village outside Kyiv, a Russian drone struck a private home, destroying it in a fire. A 14-year-old child was killed, while one of the child's parents was reportedly injured.

Russian missiles also struck the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro at dawn, killing two people and injuring 20, regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha said.

Fourteen of the injured were hospitalized, including three men in serious condition. Medical facilities were among the buildings damaged in the attack.

"The Russians attacked the city with missiles. At dawn. While people were sleeping in their homes," Hanzha wrote.

Search and rescue operations in Dnipro have been completed.

In the neighboring Zhytomyr region, a Russian attack damaged an agricultural facility and sparked a fire, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported. Four people were injured, and firefighters extinguished the blaze.
