Which Ukrainian media can be trusted?

From the first days of the war, Ukrainians subscribed to dozens of information channels on social media, demand led to supply, and now there is a whole army of bloggers and newsmakers that you read. However, not every one of them is responsible for the information they publish.

Only officially registered media properly check facts and sources, are responsible for every word they say, and care about their reputation.

In 2022, the Institute of Mass Information identified the nine highest-quality online media in Ukraine. Those are hromadske, Suspilne, Liga, Ukrainska Pravda, Ukrinform, Radio Liberty, Dzerkalo Tyzhnia, NV, and Babel.

We urge you to take care of media hygiene and not to disseminate any messages without checking them in the media that you can trust. Read responsibly, support independent outlets, and take care of your loved ones.
