Ukraine has formally introduced two levels of air raid alerts — yellow for drone attacks and red for missile or combined threats — as the country adapts its warning system and daily life to Russia’s changing aerial attack tactics, Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi said.

At least 27 people have been killed and 42 injured after a Russian drone strike triggered a large fire and detonations at an enterprise in the village of Myla in Kyiv Oblast, regional authorities said.
