Hnezdilov released from custody
The Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipro canceled the preventive measure for serviceman Serhiy Hnezdilov, and he was released in the courtroom.
Now Hnezdilov will return to his unit in the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade where he will be a UAV operator.

Attack on Zaporizhzhia
On the evening of January 22 and at 4:00 a.m. on January 23, the Russian army attacked the infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia using UAVs and ballistic missiles. One of the missiles hit a residential area and effectively destroyed a two-story apartment building.
One person was killed and 52 others were injured in the attack, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. 22 people are currently in hospitals in the regional center, including a two-month-old baby who was injured. The others are being treated on an outpatient basis.
Russians executed 6 Ukrainian prisoners
The Russians published a video of the execution of six Ukrainian prisoners of war. The execution took place in Donetsk Oblast. Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported this crime to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the Prosecutor General's Office opened criminal proceedings.

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have pressed charges against the commander of the material support group of the 110th Mark Bezruchko Motorized Rifle Brigade. He is accused of extorting money from subordinate soldiers for evading service. This scheme caused losses to the state of over 3 million hryvnias ($71,392).
Police report two more cases of child beatings
In Kyiv, children beat a schoolgirl and filmed it. Police are currently identifying the participants in the incident.
In Vinnytsia Oblast, police are also investigating the circumstances of a child being beaten. A 12-year-old schoolboy was beaten, filmed and posted on social media.
