STRENGTHEN. GROW. CREATE: hromadske to hold its 2026 conference, HART, on Sept. 30

How can Ukraine develop its own technologies and bring them to international markets? Are Ukrainian cities ready for the challenges of another winter? And how can the country preserve its identity when war destroys the cultural environments that sustain it?
These are some of the questions hromadske will explore at its annual HART conference, taking place in Kyiv on Sept. 30 in partnership with NATO.
We called the conference HART because, despite everything, Ukrainians continue to strengthen, grow and create.
Strengthen. We will discuss Ukraine’s defense industry: what opportunities are available to Ukrainian arms manufacturers, how they can enter NATO markets, and which Alliance support programs are already operating in Ukraine.
Grow. We will look at Ukraine’s energy resilience ahead of winter: where the country stands now and what measures authorities are already taking to strengthen the energy system.
Create. We will discuss how Ukraine can preserve its cultural heritage during the war, including how architectural landmarks can be digitized to document them for the future and support possible restoration.
Tickets are now on sale.
Tickets cost UAH 1,000 until Sept. 15 and are available here.
