Russian drone strike on Chernihiv Oblast kills five, including infant

In the early hours of June 5, Russian forces launched a drone attack on Pryluky in Chernihiv Oblast, resulting in the deaths of five individuals and injuring six others.

The attack was reported by the head of the Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, and the State Emergency Service of Chernihiv Oblast.

Preliminary reports indicate that the Russians used at least six drones in the attack on Pryluky, targeting residential buildings. Among the five fatalities were two women and a one-year-old child found under the rubble. Additionally, six people were injured and hospitalized.

The strike destroyed two residential buildings, two garages, one outbuilding, and a car.
