SBU drones simultaneously attack two Russian oil depots that supplied Russian army
Drones of the Security Service of Ukraine hit two oil depots during an overnight attack: in Russia’s Tambov Oblast and in the Republic of Adygea, a source in the special services told hromadske.
According to our interlocutor, the UAVs hit the storage of fuel and lubricant materials at Tambovnefteprodukt JSC and the Enemskaya oil depot of LUKOIL-Yugnefteprodukt LLC.
At these facilities, raw materials and finished products were processed and stored, which later went to the needs of the Russian army. After a series of drone strikes, fires started at both facilities.
hromadske's source noted that such strikes reduce the resources that Russia can use to wage war and force Moscow to spend on rebuilding infrastructure. In total, SBU drones have already carried out almost 30 successful attacks on objects of the Russian oil complex.
Locals reported explosions and fires in the village of Enem in the Republic of Adygea, where the Lukoil-Yugnefteprodukt oil depot is located. Online users also mentioned that a fuel tank caught fire on the property of the Platonovskoye oil depot in Tambov Oblast.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation claimed the downing of six drones over the Republic of Adygea, three over Bryansk Oblast, three over Krasnodar Krai, and one each over the Rostov, Belgorod and Oryol oblasts.
