10 regions of Russia were attacked by drones overnight on August 31, reported the Russian mass media and local governors.
Air attacks were recorded in Moscow and Moscow Oblast, Belgorod, Bryansk, Tver, Voronezh, Ryazan, Tula, Lipetsk, Kursk, and Kaluga oblasts of Russia.
Moscow Mayor Serhiy Sobyanin said that nine drones were shot down on the approach to the city. One drone flew into the city and was shot down in the area of the Moscow Oil Refinery, in the Kapotnya area.

The governor of Lipetsk also reported an attack by drones on the industrial zone of Lipetsk. However, there are no casualties.
