Russian forces launched Iskander-M, S-300/400 missiles, and Shahed drones across Ukraine overnight into April 17, hitting multiple regions, the Air Force Command reported.

This morning, Russian troops used drones to strike a production facility belonging to DTEK, Ukraine’s largest private energy provider, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, according to the company’s press service.

The 112th Guards Missile Brigade, based in Shuya, Ivanovo Oblast, accused of launching a deadly missile strike on Sumy, Ukraine, on Palm Sunday, faced a second drone attack overnight into April 17, according to the Russian Telegram channel Astra, citing eyewitness videos.

The European Union transferred 3.5 billion euros to Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility program, as reported by the Ministry of Economy.
