The aerial attack on the capital lasted more than two hours. It began with drones approaching from the east. At the same time, cruise missiles were already flying in the direction of Kyiv Oblast.

There was no information about the destruction and casualties in Kyiv. However, a 48-year-old man was injured in the region as a result of falling fragments of downed Russian targets.

He suffered burns, but refused to be hospitalized, the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration said. A warehouse also caught fire at the place where the debris fell, but the fire has already been extinguished.

Against the background of the Russian attack, Ukrenergo announced the introduction of temporary restrictions for business and industrial consumers, which will last until the evening.

The reason was called "a short-term decrease in the capacity of dispatchable generation and a significant decrease in the volume of electricity imports." There will be no restrictions for household consumers.
