Ukraine's military intelligence conducts hits Russian marine brigade in Vladivostok special operation
Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate conducted a special operation in Vladivostok on Friday, with two explosions near Desantnaya Bay striking the 47th Assault Battalion of Russia’s 155th Marine Brigade, damaging personnel and equipment, a hromadske source in security forces reported.
The explosions targeted the battalion’s deployment area, with one blast near a checkpoint and another at a site housing personnel, hitting troops, equipment, and special assets.
Locals reported at least 10 ambulances and an evacuation helicopter at the scene, with damaged equipment being removed.
Russian authorities claimed the blasts resulted from two gas cylinders exploding, causing no casualties, and imposed a “counter-terrorism operation” regime, blocking roads between Shamora Bay and Shchitovaya village.
