Ukrainian Special Operations Forces struck Russia's Saratov Oil Refinery overnight into Tuesday, causing explosions and a fire, the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces reported.
The Special Operations Forces conducted the strike in coordination with other components of the Defense Forces. Explosions were heard and a fire was observed in the refinery area after the attack.
