Explosions rock Russia's Saratov Oblast amid suspected drone attack on refinery
Explosions rang out across Russia's Saratov Oblast overnight into Monday amid drone threats, with a local oil refinery likely targeted again, Russian Telegram channel Shot reported.
The channels said drones struck Saratov and Engels, where residents heard air raid sirens and anti-aircraft fire. Other areas in the region were also hit.
Saratov airport was shut down for safety, and a no-fly alert was imposed in neighboring Penza Oblast.
