Ukrainian forces strikes Russian petrochemical plant, ammunition depot — General Staff
Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Stavrolen petrochemical plant in Russia's Stavropol Krai and an ammunition depot in occupied Donetsk Oblast, causing explosions and fires at the factory that produces components for Russian drones and military gear, the General Staff reported.
The attack was "aimed at reducing the production of petrochemical products for the needs of the Russian aggressor's military-industrial complex."

View in Telegram.The plant has a full cycle of hydrocarbon raw material processing and produces polymers for composite materials, hull parts, seals and insulation for various types of Russian army equipment. Among other things, it manufactures components for UAVs.
The General Staff recorded multiple explosions and a fire in the target area. Strike outcomes are being assessed.
The governor of Russia's Stavropol Krai stated that falling debris from downed drones caused a fire in the city's industrial zone. There were no casualties, residential buildings were undamaged and life support systems are operating normally.
Additionally, an ammunition depot was hit on temporarily occupied territory in the village of Novyi Svit in Donetsk Oblast. A target was hit and explosions were recorded there. The degree of damage is being clarified.
