Russian strike kills at least 2 in Ternopil apartment block
Russian missiles and drones slammed into Ternopil overnight into Wednesday, striking a residential high-rise and killing at least two people, Mayor Serhiy Nadal reported.
The assault damaged buildings and homes, with injuries reported; emergency services were on site.
As of 8:40 a.m., public broadcaster Suspilne reported two dead from the apartment block hit.
