Russian drone attack damages Odesa Oblast energy facility, causes power outages

Russian forces targeted Odesa Oblast with Shahed strike drones overnight into Tuesday, damaging an energy facility and triggering electricity disruptions, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported.

Despite active air defense work, the assault hit an energy object, an administrative building and several private households, Kiper added.

Firefighters quickly extinguished blazes, but the attack caused power outages.
