Dnipro declares day of mourning as missile strike casualty toll rises to 45

Dnipro declared a day of mourning on Tuesday for the four people killed in a Russian missile strike on the city the previous day, with the number of injured climbing to 45, regional governor Vladyslav Hayvanenko said.
Two more people sought medical help, bringing the total wounded to 45, said the official.
The mourning is observed on Tuesday for those killed in the Monday morning attack.
On Monday morning, Russian forces hit the city of Dnipro with a missile, killing four people. The State Emergency Service reported damage to a four-story office building and 49 vehicles.
