Authorities claimed that the pier fire has been extinguished. The blaze at the plant, covering 300 square meters, was also put out.

The Tuapse refinery has been targeted by drones multiple times this year, even halting refining and production twice.

The Tuapse refinery combines a production complex with an oil products supply enterprise's sea terminal. It is part of oil company Rosneft. The plant produces naphtha, fuel oil, vacuum gas oil and high-sulfur diesel fuel, and supplies fuel.
