At least 20 wounded in Dnipro and Kharkiv after overnight Russian strikes

Russian forces struck Dnipro and Kharkiv overnight into Tuesday, wounding at least 20 people, including children, and damaging apartment buildings, local administrations reported.

Dnipro

The attack on the city began late in the evening. As a result, a multi-story building was damaged, as well as a bank premises.

As of this morning, 10 people are known to have been wounded, including a 12-year-old boy. Two women were hospitalized.

According to the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, 19 Russian drones were shot down over the region overnight.

Kharkiv

Russian troops attacked with drones, in particular, the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv. Cars and apartments on the lower floors of a multi-story building caught fire there.

Four people were wounded as a result of an enemy hit in the Industrialnyi district. A 16-year-old girl, a 41-year-old woman, and a 36-year-old man received medical aid on site, while a 51-year-old man with blast injuries was hospitalized.

Later, a 43-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman sought medical help.

Another four people were wounded as a result of an enemy UAV strike in the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv — women aged 58, 38, 52, and 17 received medical aid on site. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that a 10-year-old girl was among the wounded.

Private homes and outbuildings were also damaged.
