Dozens of drones attacked Moscow and the Moscow region, targeting an oil refinery. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin says 42 drones had been downed as of 6:00 a.m.
According to him, several drones reached the Moscow Oil Refinery (Kapotnya district, 15 km from the Kremlin). Falling debris damaged a building on the territory of the Sadovod shopping centre.
