Russian attacks on Kyiv damaged equipment at a data center, causing internet disruptions for some users, local providers said on Sept. 23.
Internet providers Pavutyna and Utels both reported damage to the facility. Utels said network equipment hosted at the data center had lost power, potentially disrupting its network and access to services.
Emergency repair crews are working to restore the equipment and network.
Russian drones have attacked Kyiv in repeated waves since the evening of Sept. 22. The strikes damaged sites across several districts of the capital, including warehouses, gas stations and transport infrastructure.
