Russian drone hits another Kyiv bridge after repeated attacks on Dnipro crossings
A Russian drone struck Kyiv’s Pivnichnyi Bridge on Oct. 3, damaging the roadway and trolleybus infrastructure and forcing authorities to close the crossing to traffic, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
The bridge connects Kyiv’s Obolon and Troieshchyna districts across the Dnipro River. Kyivpastrans, the city’s public transport operator, said several bus and trolleybus routes were disrupted following the strike and redirected via the Podilskyi Bridge.
Videos circulating on social media purportedly showed the moment of the strike.

Following those attacks, Kyiv police announced restrictions on traffic across several Dnipro bridges during air raid alerts. The Pivdennyi Bridge is to be closed completely in both directions during alerts, while traffic on other crossings will also be restricted.
