Russian strike on Kramatorsk kills at least 12, leaves bus burned out

At least 12 people were killed and 14 injured in a Russian strike on Kramatorsk in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk Oblast on Oct. 8, regional governor Vadym Filashkin reported.

The casualty figures were confirmed as of 11:10 a.m. local time, with authorities still assessing the consequences of the attack.

Filashkin published photographs showing a bus completely burned out following the strike.

Further details about the circumstances of the attack and the identities of those killed have not yet been released.
