President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has begun his visit to the United States, where he will present Ukraine's plan for victory. According to him, the next few months will be decisive for the outcome of Russia's war against Ukraine.

Zelenskyy has already visited the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant in Pennsylvania, which produces 155-mm artillery shells for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and agreed to expand cooperation between Pennsylvania and Zaporizhzhia. He also added that the plant will be ramping up production.

Media allegedly disclosed Zelenskyy's victory plan 

The Times, citing its own sources, published details of Zelenskyy's victory plan, claiming that it includes a request for Western security guarantees similar to the mutual defense clause of NATO membership; continuation of Ukraine's incursion into Russia's Kursk region to provide a territorial bargaining chip; request for "specific" modern weapons; international financial aid for Ukraine's economy.

Ukraine's Presidential Office said that The Times article is just "a generalization" as the journalists did not see the document. However, the Office confirmed that the document includes points about modern weapons and the offensive of Ukrainian troops in Russia’s Kursk region.

Ukraine's offensive in new part of Kursk region

Units of the 95th Air Assault Brigade of Ukrainian Armed Forces have broken through one more section of the Russian border in the Kursk region.

This is the second successful operation to break through the Russian border since the beginning of Ukraine's Kursk offensive.

Ukrainian MP Odarchenko seeks asylum in Romania

Ukrainian MP Andrii Odarchenko, who was put on the international wanted list, crossed the border near the village of Krasnoilsk, Chernivtsi region. The MP is now in Romania, where he has applied for temporary protection.

Odarchenko is suspected of attempting to bribe the former head of the State Agency for Restoration Mustafa Masi Nayyem and was sent to custody in absentia. Ukrainian Parliament also proposed to exclude him from the Parliamentary Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy.
